“The program itself will pull data from gov.br automatically; thereafter, the taxpayer must check the data. If there are errors or changes, the editing can be done by the taxpayer”, he said.
By choosing the pre-filled statement, the taxpayer gains the advantage of receiving the refund before the deadline stipulated by the calendar. This statement facilitates the collection of data from the Federal Revenue, ensuring that errors are also avoided. If the taxpayer has all the information needed to declare, only a few adjustments can be made in pre-filing.

The taxpayer may request the pre-filled declaration by means of a cell phone (android or iOS), via a tablet or a computer. All Gov.br channels are available and available to taxpayers. From March 15th, therefore, the IRPF 2023 declaration can be delivered.
