How to make blender pizza in a practical way
The blender pizza lasts an hour on average to make and its difficulty level is easy. Although the pizza filling in this recipe is chicken with corn, you can innovate and use the ingredients of your choice.
Furthermore, the total yield of the preparation is four servings. However, if you want a larger amount, just increase the ingredients proportionately.
Ingredients
For mass:
- 1 cup of liquid milk tea;
- 1 cup of traditional wheat flour tea (unleavened);
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- ½ teaspoon of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon chemical baking powder.
For the filling:
- 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken tea;
- ½ cup green corn tea;
- ½ pot of creamy cottage cheese;
- ½ cup tomato pulp tea;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- 1 chopped onion;
- 2 diced seedless tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
- Kingdom pepper to taste;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation
First take a blender, put all the ingredients of the dough and beat until it becomes a very homogeneous mixture. Then pour the dough into a greased baking dish with butter and flour, place in a medium oven (200ºC) for 20 minutes and set aside.
Now it's time to prepare the filling. Take a pan, add olive oil and wait for it to heat up. Add the onion, tomatoes and sauté until wilted.
Then add the shredded chicken, green corn, salt and black pepper and cook for five minutes, always stirring well. Then add the cream cheese, parsley and set aside.
That done, distribute the tomato pulp and chicken stuffing over the dough that has already been baked. Finally, take it to the medium oven for about 15 minutes until golden, and then just serve and enjoy!
