On Twitter, customers showed their dissatisfaction with the institution. Mentioning the Caixa account, customers posted things like:
“I'm trying to withdraw money, purchase with debit card 2 hours ago and the system just goes down and the purchase is not authorized”;
“where is the normality of the services? Pix, credit, debit and withdrawal all unavailable”;
“Pix in the box app has a problem, what's going on, I can't send or receive a pix??”
In response to the inconvenience, Caixa reported that the Pix service had “momentary intermittence”, but that everything has already been normalized.
