on iPhone
- Step 1: Open your app's inbox and select the conversation started by an unknown stalker or telemarketer.
- Step 2: Tap the number/name >> scroll down and select 'Report' >> Report & Block.
on android
- Step 1: Open a conversation with the contact and tap More > Block > “Block” again. Users can also report the contact by tapping Report Contact > Block.
In the web browser
- Step 1: open the chat inbox and select the conversation started by an unknown stalker or telemarketer.
- Step 2: tap the number/name >> scroll down and select Report >> Report & Block.
