diet strawberry cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons of erythritol;
  • 1/3 glass of almond flour;
  • 100 grams of cream cheese;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 1/8 teaspoon of stevia;
  • 1/3 glass of grated coconut;
  • 1 spoon of vanilla extract;
  • 500 grams of strawberries;
  • 300 grams of sour cream;
  • 2 spoons of chemical yeast.

Method of preparation:

  1.  In a bowl, beat the eggs well and add the sweetener. Soon after, add the cream cheese, flour, coconut, baking powder and vanilla and continue beating until a uniform mass is formed;
  2.  Then unite a round shape with grated coconut and butter;
  3.  Pour the dough into the mold and leave it in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees;
  4. Finally, remove and when cool decorate with the strawberries.

diet apple pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • 150 grams of light margarine;
  • 2 and ½ cups of oat flour;
  • 1 cup of sweetener;
  • 1 egg;
  • ½ cup skimmed milk;
  • 100 grams of raisins (seedless);
  • 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a container mix the flour, cinnamon, sweetener and margarine;
  2. Then unite a removable rim shape with a part of this mixture made;
  3. With this mixture in shape, add the chopped apples along with the raisins;
  4. Soon after, cover these strawberries and grapes with the rest of the mixture. No need to squeeze, just pour it on top;
  5. Then beat the milk with the egg and spread over the pie and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pie starts to brown;
  6. Finally, just unmold and take to the fridge. After 30 minutes you can consume.
