Brazil Aid in July: payments start this Monday, 18

If you are part of the more than 18 million Brazilians benefited by Brazil Aid, know that the new payments already have a date to happen. Around R$ 7.6 billion will be invested in the program, which currently has installments of R$ 400.00, but which from August will increase to R$ 600.00 due to the approval of the PEC of Aid. Brazil Aid in July: will it change anything?

In June, the number of families that received Auxílio Brasil was 18.15 million, according to the Ministry of Citizenship. The program is currently responsible for a minimum transfer of R$400 to each beneficiary. In this sense, the average amount received by families in the last month was R$ 402.

Although the changes in the values ​​of the benefit installments have been approved, the next payments for this month will continue with the current value of R$ 400.00. Transfers continue to be made according to the Social Registration Number (NIS). Check out the complete payment schedule for the Brazil Aid in July below:

  • Final NIS 1: Receives on July 18;
  • NIS Final 2: Receives on July 19;
  • Final NIS 3: Receives on July 20;
  • Final NIS 4: Receives on July 21st;
  • Final NIS 5: Receives on July 22;
  • Final NIS 6: Receives on July 25th;
  • NIS Final 7: Receives on July 26;
  • NIS Final 8: Receives on July 27th;
  • NIS Final 9: Receives on July 28;
  • Final NIS 0: Receive on July 30th.

According to data from the National Citizenship Income Secretariat, the number of beneficiaries per region is distributed as follows: the Northeast continues to be the region with the greater number of beneficiaries (8.6 million families), followed by the Southeast (5.2 million), then by the North (2.1 million), South (1.2 million), and finally the Midwest (941 thousand ).

However, a survey conducted by the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM) showed that 2,788,362 families that are able (meet the requirements) to receive the Brazil Aid are not being contemplated by the benefit.

The so-called repressed demand showed a jump of 113% compared to March, when the number of families waiting for the benefit was 1,307,930. That is, the number of 1,480,432 families that joined the repressed demand in April is greater than the total for March.
