How to defrost meat?
The first step in defrosting meat is to keep in mind that you will need a place that favors rapid heat exchange. In this way, place the meat in a plastic bag, preferably in the zip lock model.
Then, take a large bowl, place the meat and add water until it is covered. The idea is that it defrosts by exchanging heat with water. However, you need to change the water every 20 or 30 minutes.
Another solution is to marinate the meat with vinegar. Thus, due to the acidity, it is possible to defrost the meat quickly by soaking it in a vinegar solution for 10 to 15 minutes. To finish the process, put it in the microwave oven for a few seconds.
