Passion fruit mousse recipe

Ingredients:

To make a good mousse, there is no need for a lot of ingredients or super complicated processes. And this recipe will prove it to you, because you will only need:

  • 1 box of milk cream;
  • 1 box of condensed milk;
  • 320 ml of passion fruit juice;
  • 1 unflavored gelatin.

In addition, you can increase your recipe by using some passion fruit seeds to decorate. To do this, just split two ripe passion fruit and remove the pulp with a spoon and place it on top of the finished dessert. In addition, there is also the possibility of melting semisweet chocolate (approximately 100 grams) in the microwave to pour over the finished candy.

Method of preparation:

The first step will be to dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water, or according to the manufacturer's instructions. This detail will ensure that your dessert is as airy as possible and has the shape of a mousse, with the creaminess we want.

Next, reserve the dissolved gelatin and add the other ingredients. So, just open the box of cream and condensed milk and add it directly to the blender. Then put the passion fruit juice and beat for approximately two minutes or until the mixture is homogeneous. Finally, add the uncolored gelatin while the mixture is still in the blender and blend for another three minutes. Place in a mold or in individual cups and place in the refrigerator, where it should remain for at least two hours or until the dough has firmed. And so, this delicious dessert is ready!
