Ingredients

First of all, let's go to the secret of these three magical ingredients capable of making this deliciousness! Check below what they are and the measurements of each one of them:

  • 2 sachets of gelatin with the flavor of your choice;
  • 200g of cream and milk;
  • 395g of condensed milk.

In addition, you will also need 400 ml of cold water and 400 ml of boiling water to prepare the gelatine.

Method of preparation

With all the ingredients separated, let's get to work! To start, reserve all the items listed above in bowls, separating them. That is, start by boiling the water, while separating the other ingredients.

Then put all the gelatin content in the water that was previously boiled. Thus, stir until the ingredient dissolves well so that the mixture is homogenized.

After that, add the cold water (preferably take it out of the fridge when you add it) and mix well.

Once this is done, add the already dissolved gelatin to the blender, the entire contents of the condensed milk and also the cream. After adding these ingredients, beat well for 5 minutes and then place in bowls or a larger refractory, depending on the occasion or as you prefer.

Then leave the finished mixture in the fridge until the dessert has the ideal consistency to serve and taste correctly.

Finally, after the time necessary for the gelatin to set, serve it creamy and well chilled, then taste what you have made and have a good appetite! And ready! You will have an easy, practical and very economical delight.
