Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of apricots;
  • 5 tablespoons of water;
  • 3 clear;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 and a half cup (tea) of liquid milk;
  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder (12 g);
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Method of preparation

To start this recipe, you will need to boil the apricots in a pot of water. When the fruit reaches a soft consistency, drain the liquid from the pan and place the apricot in the blender along with the condensed milk and liquid milk.

It's important that you don't stop stirring for about 3 minutes to get the perfect consistency. Also, when a minute passes, you should stir the pan off the heat for a few seconds and then continue the process.

After that, transfer the mixture to a mixer and let it beat for 5 minutes until the volume is twice as large. When you get to that point, gradually add the cream and distribute it in two bowls. Finally, take them to the fridge and let them harden a little before eating your apricot mousse.
