  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pot of natural whole yogurt
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) liquid whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1/2 cup red wine (tea)
  • 1/2 tablespoon potato starch
