Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons of butter;
- 4 yolks;
- 1 can of condensed milk (395g);
- 4 cups (tea) of sifted wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of chemical baking powder;
- 5 ripe bananas cut into slices;
- 1 cup (tea) of seedless raisins;
- Butter for greasing;
- Wheat flour for sprinkling;
Method of preparation:
- First, take a stand mixer and beat the butter;
- Then add the yolks and condensed milk and keep hitting;
- Soon after, turn off the mixer and also add the flour, yeast, bananas and raisins;
- Mix all the ingredients well to homogenize the mixture;
- Afterwards, preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, grease and flour a small rectangular cake tin measuring 23 x 32 cm;
- Pour the dough into the mold, and then lead to medium heat for about 40 minutes;
- Finally, unmold the bread, cut it into square pieces and serve immediately.
