Super easy chocolate cake
The preparation time for this recipe is 40 minutes and the yield is 10 pieces. Without further ado, see the ingredients, how to prepare and get to work.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate powder
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup warm milk
- 3 whole eggs
Method of preparation
- First of all, grease a cake tin with a hole in the center with butter and flour and set aside;
- Then put the butter, egg and milk in the blender and beat for a minute;
- Soon after add the wheat flour, chocolate powder and sugar and beat for another minute. Next, put the baking soda and beat a little more until it forms a very homogeneous mass;
- Finally, place the dough in the mold and place it in the oven at 180°C to bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Check if it's baked enough: open the oven carefully and insert a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out dry, it's because it's already on point.

3 spoons of corn starch
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
Method of preparation
Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Then add the other ingredients and stir carefully until it starts to thicken. Finally, pour the syrup over the still hot cake.
Stuffing suggestion
If you wish, you can make a brigadeiro to use as a filling for the cake. In this sense, use the same ingredients as the syrup, but when you bring it to the fire, let it reach a brigadier point, that is, more dense.
You can cut the cake in half horizontally, add the filling and then close it again. In that case, add the syrup on top only after filling the preparation.
