Similarly, nest milk is an ingredient that has gained space in the most diverse recipes, for example, in beijinho, in mousse, in fillings for cakes and pies, among others. Nowadays there are several types of this milk on the market, including versions for lactose intolerant people, so there are alternatives for everyone to consume.
Therefore, the combination of pudding with nest milk cannot go wrong. For this recipe you will need to dedicate a little time, but the result is very worth it. In total it takes about 2 hours. As for yield, it serves up to 12 servings. Anyway, check out the step by step!
Ingredient list:
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 yolks
- ½ cup of tea with demerara sugar
- 1 and ½ cup powdered milk powder
- 2 tea cups of water
- 2 tablespoons powdered nest milk to decorate and finish
- Butter – for greasing
Method of preparation:
- First, put all the ingredients in the blender, with the exception of the two tablespoons of powdered milk that will be used at the end;
- Beat until you form a homogeneous cream and then pour it into a mold, preferably those with a central hole after greasing it with butter;
- Cover the preparation with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath at 180°C for 1 hour and a half. When finished remove from the oven and then wait until it cools down;
- Then take the pudding to the fridge and wait about 2 hours. Soon after unmold, take the nest milk powder and sprinkle all over the pudding. Finally, serve!
