Ingredients
- 3 packs of 90g Oreo cookies;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 box of milk cream;
- 3 egg yolks;
- 1/2 liter of milk;
- 2 spoons of cornstarch;
- 200 g of half bitter chocolate;
- 50ml of fresh cream;
- 2 spoons of sugar
Method of preparation
In a medium-sized saucepan, add the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch. Bring to a low boil and stir continuously until the mixture has a homogeneous texture.
Then remove the mixture from the pan and place on a platter. Let it cool for 20 minutes and then let it rest in the fridge.
After the stipulated time, the cream will be at the ideal temperature, so remove it from the fridge and take the oreo cookies and grind them in a blender or in your hands, throw them over the cream.
In another pan, melt the semisweet chocolate in a water bath. So, after melting, put the cream of milk and stir until it's bodied. Wait for it to cool down.
After cold, add over the Oreo cookie until fully covered on the platter.
After that, it is necessary to make the whipped cream, using fresh cream and sugar beaten in the mixer, when the whipped cream is ready, pour it over the pavé platter and place it in the fridge.
Finally, after 1 hour in the fridge your Oreo pave is ready! Now just put it on the table and wait for the compliments.
