To begin with, this lemon pudding recipe stands out for being very simple to make and for taking very little time to make. In addition, it requires few ingredients, making it an excellent option for when you need to prepare something at the last minute to please your guests. Check out the recipe!

Ingredients

While you don't need a lot of ingredients to make your lemon pudding, it's still important to find quality products. That way, you will have a dessert as tasty as the original. With that in mind, separate the following items:

  • ½ cup of strained lemon juice tea;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 pack of unflavored gelatin powder;
  • 2 spoons of cream milk;
  • 100 ml of hot water.

Preparation

With the items in hand, you will have to prepare hot water in a cup, dissolve the gelatine and stir a lot. Then, in a blender, put the condensed milk, pour all the cream, the strained lemon tea and the dissolved gelatin. Beat everything for 2 minutes until the mixture is very homogeneous.

Finally, transfer your dough to a well-greased shape with oil or butter and place it in the fridge for about 4 hours. If you prefer, you can check it a few times to make sure it's secure. Okay, now you can serve yourself and enjoy the dessert. Also, if you wish, you can add the lemon zest on top and enjoy an even more citrus flavor in your pudding.
