Ingredients
While you don't need a lot of ingredients to make your lemon pudding, it's still important to find quality products. That way, you will have a dessert as tasty as the original. With that in mind, separate the following items:
- ½ cup of strained lemon juice tea;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 pack of unflavored gelatin powder;
- 2 spoons of cream milk;
- 100 ml of hot water.
Preparation
With the items in hand, you will have to prepare hot water in a cup, dissolve the gelatine and stir a lot. Then, in a blender, put the condensed milk, pour all the cream, the strained lemon tea and the dissolved gelatin. Beat everything for 2 minutes until the mixture is very homogeneous.
Finally, transfer your dough to a well-greased shape with oil or butter and place it in the fridge for about 4 hours. If you prefer, you can check it a few times to make sure it's secure.
