At Uber and other similar apps, the assessment is done by the passenger. However, this evaluation is carried out on a reciprocal basis, also to ensure greater care for the service provider and guarantee compliance with the platform's rules.

Last Thursday, the 17th, the aforementioned application acquired a Privacy Center function that informs about the use of the application. In addition, it shows other features, such as how the driver rated his passenger and referring to the star rating given to him.

With that, this function revealed an average of 4.88 stars from the app's users in Brazil, which is a good average, taking into account that 5 is the maximum score. This new function is available for devices that have iOS and Android systems.

However, it is not possible to find out who was the driver responsible for each note assigned, since this would violate secrecy, which is also fundamental in the security of all users or service providers. In addition to being a principle of the system itself, so that everyone feels comfortable giving their grades and comments.

1. First, open the Uber application and click on your photo, located at the top of your screen, and enter “Settings”;
2. Then, with the settings screen open, press “Privacy” and then “Privacy Center”;
3. Following, you will see written “Your data and your privacy”. Therefore, swipe your finger until the option “Want to see a summary of your use of the Uber app?” appears on the screen;
4. Then click on “See summary” to check all the information;
5. Look for the option “Explore your data” on the screen, scroll until the option “Evaluations” appears and, finally, see your available evaluations.
