Digital antenna kit – Understand why it was created
The digital antenna kit was created because, as we mentioned initially, the 5G signal, which is already in operation in some parts of the country, interferes with the signal captured by the satellite dishes. For this reason, the kit will be distributed in order to ensure that families enrolled in CadÚnico continue to have access to the TV signal.
It should be noted that both the acquisition and installation of new devices will be completely free. In addition, if the family already has some type of digital antenna, or has cable TV, the new kit will not be installed. That is, the change will only be made in homes that still use the satellite dish.
Who will have access to the digital antenna kit?
Initially, only residents of capitals where the 5G signal has already started to work can apply for the benefit. Among them are: Aracaju; Belo Horizonte; Brasilia; Large field; Curitiba; João Pessoa; Porto Alegre; Goiania; Good view; Cuiabá; Maceio; São Luís; Salvador, São Paulo and Teresina.
How to access the digital antenna kit?
