The PIS/PASEP payment calendar for the year 2023 was started in February, on the 15th, by Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), responsible for releasing amounts for employees of private companies linked to the Social Integration Program (PIS).

Then, it was the turn of civil servants enrolled in the Civil Servant Asset Formation Program Public (PASEP) receive their benefits, through Banco do Brasil (BB), according to the final digit of the enrollment.

In this sense, the PIS/PASEP calendar was organized to provide a break of approximately one month between one payment and another.

On June 15th, September and October birthdays will receive the PIS, while civil servants whose registration ends on the 6th and 7th will receive the PASEP.

Who is entitled to the PIS/PASEP salary bonus?

In order to receive the salary allowance, it is necessary to meet certain eligibility criteria.

The worker must be enrolled in the PIS/PASEP programs for at least five years, have worked with signed portfolio for at least 30 consecutive days or not, have received up to two minimum wages and have their labor data duly informed and updated in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS).

It is important to point out that many people only focus on the requirement of having worked for a few months during the reporting year for pay.
