In this latest update to Google Sheets, the company has added icons to classify its sheets. Thus, it is possible to know the progress of the work, further improving the workflow, especially in a team
It is possible to classify with: Complete, In Progress, Incomplete and Blocked.
In addition, the workflow should be improved with the use of drop-down menus and checkboxes. In this way, you will be able to examine and make changes to all the settings previously established in the spreadsheet. It will also be possible to change the settings using a sidebar of the new design.
Google hopes to significantly improve the Sheets experience with this new update.
When will the new Google Sheets feature be available?
Some users have already started using the new Google Sheets feature on December 8th, but the update should arrive in earnest on the 22nd of this month. However, the appeal may still take about 15 days to appear.
According to the computer giant, the feature will not be exclusive to those using Google Workspace. Users of personal accounts will also be able to use it.
The idea is that, in this way, they can publicize the resources and experience the company's promises for productivity. When satisfied, they can share the new features with friends and people close to them.
It is not yet clear that this new feature of Sheets will be restricted to the United States only – as is the case with Tables -, or if users from all over the world will be able to use it.
The way is to wait anxiously for the 22nd of December.
