You will need:

For mass:

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted margarine/butter;
  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits.

For the filling:

  • juice of two lemons;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 box of milk cream;
  • lemon zest for garnish (optional)

How to make:

Mass:

Place the cornstarch biscuit in the blender/processor to grind, it should have the consistency of flour. Then, put this flour in a refractory and add the margarine/unsalted butter and mix with your hands until it forms a dough. So, put it in the bottom of a mold giving light squeezes to firm the dough and take it to the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes.

Observation: Taking the dough to the oven is optional to give it more crunch. Then, with the dough in the oven, make the filling!

The stuffing:

Now it's even simpler! Put all the ingredients in the blender until it forms a homogeneous mousse. Then, with the dough cold, pour the mousse over it in the mold and take it to freeze until it is in a firm consistency that allows unmolding (if you want), the fridge time will be on average 4 hours.

Finally, with it firm, unmold and use the lemon zest to decorate. It is ready to serve, preferably chilled.

So, it's very simple, right? Not to mention the wonderful flavor, a mixture of sweetness, with the acidity of the lemon, the crispiness of the dough and the creaminess of the mousse!
