For this report, an average rating of 1 to 5 was used, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied. To the generation Z, the job of choice is corporate recruiting. This occupation is considered the most pleasant for these people who were born between the second half of the 1990s and 2010.

Already for the generation X, born between 1965 and 1980, as well as the so-called baby boomers, born between 1945 and 1964, consider that the positions of leadership – as president and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of companies – are what make them happier and more fulfilled.

To the millennials, with an average rating of 4.58, Realtor was the highest rated job title. In addition, this profession proved to be relevant in the satisfaction of baby boomers, ranking third with a score of 4.74.

Generation X and baby boomers, on the other hand, find more satisfaction in positions with more responsibility, especially those that require more years of experience.
