Rice pudding with peanut paçoca

This recipe is considered easy in terms of its difficulty level. Its preparation time lasts around 1 hour and yields up to six servings;

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (tea) of hot water;
  • 2 cups (tea) of raw rice, already washed and drained;
  • A bit of salt;
  • 1 clove of india;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;
  • 1 liter of hot milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • Crumbled cork-like paçoca and peanuts without skin and without salt for sprinkling (optional).

Method of preparation:

Start the preparation by putting hot water in a pan and, later on, adding the rice, along with the salt, cloves and cinnamon. Then lead to low fire, keeping the pan capped for about 20 minutes.

This time may vary, but it is important to wait for the water to dry in the pan. Once this is done, cook over low heat for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the rice acquires a creamy texture, and then your rice pudding is ready! To serve, sprinkle the paçoca and peanuts on top.

The difficulty of preparing this recipe is considered low, that is, it is, in general, a very simple recipe. It takes about 40 minutes to make and yields up to 15 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of grated burnt coconut (or traditional);
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 cup (tea) coconut milk;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) butter;
  • 1 can of cream.

Method of preparation:

In a non-stick frying pan, cook the coconut over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown. Split half of that coconut and transfer it to another container. Already with the half that remained in the pan, add the condensed milk, coconut milk and butter.

Take this mixture to medium fire and stir until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan. Finally, add the cream, stir and wait to cool down. Use the rest of the coconut to decorate and that's it. Enjoy!
