Onion Soup recipe
Ingredients
For this recipe, we will use ingredients to make enough for five servings. However, you can always increase the amount, as long as you keep the proportions, to make soup for you and your family and friends. Check out the full list:
- 400g of sliced onion;
- 1 garlic cloves;
- 2 pre-cooked and chopped potatoes;
- ½ can of whey-free milk cream;
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 tablet of meat broth;
- 4 cups (tea) of boiling water;
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Method of preparation
Preparation takes no more than 40 minutes, and all processes are very easy to carry out, as you will see below. To start, add the garlic, onions and potatoes and sauté in butter over medium heat. Then, dissolve the meat broth in two tablespoons of cold water, in addition to salt, pepper and wheat flour. Now, add this broth to the stew and add the boiling water.
Then, let the ingredients cook for approximately 20 minutes and then turn off the oven. Finally, add the cream, mix a lot and take the mixture to the blender for approximately two minutes. Afterwards, just pour all the soup into the pan to warm up and it's ready to serve. If you want to give your recipe an extra flavor, try sprinkling parmesan cheese and parsley over the dishes. It's sure to be one of the most delicious soups you'll ever eat.
