Ingredients:

- 3 spoons (soup) of rice already cooked, preferably of the Japanese type;
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese;
- 30 grams of skinless salmon fillet;
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) shallow breadcrumbs;
- ¼ cup (tea) of ice water;
- 1 cup (tea) of water with 1 spoon (dessert) of vinegar;
- 1 bamboo mat for temakis;
- Soy oil for frying.
Method of preparation:
Now that you have all the ingredients properly separated, let's start the process. To do this, wash your hands well and then moisten them with vinegar water. This step needs to be repeated throughout the preparation, to ensure proper handling of food.
