- Be over 18 years of age and not have a job;
- Does not have a spouse having at least one person under her care who is under 18 years of age;
- In addition, the family must have a family per capita income of up to 550.00.
Once these requirements are met, this woman will be able to claim the benefit.
She will also not be able to receive social security, assistance or employment benefits, as well as be part of a federal income transfer program, except Bolsa Família.
The per capita monthly family income must be up to half the minimum wage (R$550.00) or the total monthly family income must be up to three minimum wages (R$3,300.00).
Finally, it must be registered in the CadÚnico. In addition, it can be: MEI, Working informally or not, self-employed of any kind.
However, it will now be necessary for the social security and family commission to analyze the project and issue an opinion, which will happen when a rapporteur is appointed and then goes to the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Commission (CCJD). When it passes this stage, it will go to the Plenary.
If the value of the benefit is greater than that of Bolsa Família, the latter will be suspended. Caixa Econômica will administer and operate the payments.
All this effort stems from the need to support women in this condition, given the economic situation in Brazil, which imposes a drop in the finances of all needy families in the country.
