Simple and practical fondue

This recipe is one of those most recommended for when money is tight and going out to eat seems unfeasible. Why not replicate the experience at home for a lot less? You can always make a sweet version as a dessert to end a dinner, but this one is savory and ideal for those who want to enjoy something with wine.

Fondue is a preparation that was created to be a mixture of two types of cheese. This homogeneous and thick cream is served at the table, so people consume it with other side dishes. Overall, it's super simple and easy to make. Plus, it makes a lot! It even serves to share with family and friends. The recipe can be served with several other elements of your choice, such as: bread, potatoes, vegetables and several others.

Ingredients

  • Half a box of cream milk;
  • 5 spoons full of cottage cheese;
  • 50 g of gorgonzola cheese;
  • 100 g of parmesan cheese;
  • 20 ml of wine (white).

Method of preparation

In a clean container, mix the cream, cream cheese, gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan cheese very well. Try to break all the pieces as much as possible. After that, take the mixture to the microwave for 90 seconds.

Stir a little. Combine the components again and place them back in the microwave for the same amount of time. Done that, remove, mix and add the wine. Stir again and… done!

Your fondue is ready to eat. Serve with your choice of side dishes and enjoy.
