  • 4 apples
  • 100 ml of water
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • honey to taste

Method of preparation

Wash all the apples, then cut them on the side and remove the seeds. Book the apples on a platter and prepare the sauce. Mix the honey with the water, add the orange juice and pour over the apple.
