- A cup and a half of Brazil nuts, cashews and almonds;
- A cup of corn flakes;
- Half a cup of honey;
- A little less than half a cup of sunflower or coconut oil;
- One and a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
- A bit of salt;
- Half a teaspoon of powdered ginger.
