Girls aged 12 and 14 travel 600 km to meet strangers online

A 12-year-old girl, whose identity has been preserved, stole his father's car to find a person he met on the internet. Accompanied by a 14-year-old friend, the teenagers traveled more than 600 kilometers across the United States. As reported, they were going to meet a person they met on the web.

The US federal police, the FBI, says that this investigation raises “suspicious circumstances”, as they still do not know for sure who this person they met on the internet was. Chief Williams also stated that they don't know if this other person was an adult.
