  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese;
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of milk;
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour;
  • ½ kg of potatoes.

This amount will be enough to make approximately 50 units of gnocchi, depending on the size you make.

Preparation:

The preparation of our homemade gnocchi dough is very simple and practical, so that anyone, even without experience in the kitchen, can make it. To start, peel and cook the potatoes over medium heat with a pinch of salt. When they are cooked, remove them and set aside.

Now, dissolve the wheat flour in the indicated amount of milk and add a pinch of salt. Soon after, take this mixture to the fire, where you should cook for five minutes. Then, remove from the heat and wait to cool down before adding the eggs, parmesan cheese and boiled potatoes. At this point, you will have to mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients well to ensure that all the pieces of gnocchi have the same flavor.
