To follow this recipe, you'll need few ingredients, even if it's a mix of two desserts. In order for it to be very tasty and very close to the original, it is recommended that you invest in quality products.
- 1.5 can of condensed milk;
- 600 ml of milk;
- 2.5 spoons of cornstarch;
- 5 eggs;
- 1 can of cream.
For the syrup, you will only need 3 spoons of chocolate powder and 100 ml of milk. If you prefer, you can increase the amount, increasing the ingredients proportionally according to your preference.
Method of preparation
With the items in hand, beat the condensed milk, the cornstarch, the milk (not the syrup) and the yolks in the blender. Then, put the mixture in a pan and heat it until it becomes a cream, stirring constantly, and let it cool.
Then beat 4 egg whites, mix the remaining cream with the egg whites and add the cream made in the mixer. For 5 minutes, beat them until they are very homogeneous.
Finally, make the syrup by mixing the chocolate with the milk and bring to the boil, stirring a lot, until it reaches the desired consistency. If you prefer, you can also use a classic, such as burnt sugar syrup. Finally, spread it in a pudding mold and then deposit the cream, taking it to the freezer. Now just wait about 2 hours and you can enjoy it at home.
