dough ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 and ½ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 300ml of milk
- 3 tea cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon powdered yeast
Syrup ingredients and assembly
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 1 cup of milk tea
- 400ml of milk
- 1 cup of milk tea (for sprinkling)
Dough preparation method
In a mixer, lay the eggs and beat for about 2 minutes. Then add the sugar slowly and beat for another 5 minutes. Then put the vanilla essence, milk and mix delicately.
After that, add the sifted wheat flour and mix carefully. Add the baking powder and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass.Finally, place the dough in a greased mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes and set aside.
Syrup preparation and assembly
Finally, for the syrup, put the condensed milk and powdered milk in a bowl and mix to avoid lumps. Gradually add the milk and stir well until smooth.
