Check below the list with the worst “snacks” and the most common ones used to replace them in meals:

1. Pringles

Americans love it, yet the snack it is very common and marketed outside of North America. Although it is “theoretically” made from potatoes, chips are unhealthy due to the fact that they are processed.

2. Hershey's

Despite being very tasty, this chocolate becomes one of the last options when you try others with more quality. Hershey's has a lot of sugar in it. When it's a milk bar, it's almost impossible to eat more than one square.

3. Doritos

It's a food that divides many opinions: you love it or you hate it. Chips that are available in many different flavors have a high sodium content due to the aggressive amount of seasonings in their composition. Although it doesn't taste as good, it is addictive for some.

4. Oreos

It's not uncommon to see people with an Oreo pack in their hands. The highly sugary biscuits are made up of cream and chocolate disks. Due to the absence of dairy products, it ended up becoming a classic in many people's lives.
