Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of dulce de leche (preferably creamy);
- 1 nanica banana (as ripe as possible);
- 2 cups of powdered milk tea;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (if you prefer sweeter drinks, you can replace them with chocolate powder);
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- Ice cubes to taste;
- Chantilly spray of your choice.
Method of preparation
As said earlier, this is a super simple and easy recipe. To prove this, just add all the ingredients in the blender. A tip is to add the solid ingredients first, except for the ice and whipped cream, which will be decorative.
Once you get a slightly more homogeneous mixture, add the ice, and beat until you get a texture close to that of a milkshake. If you have a little difficulty mixing the ingredients, add a little liquid milk just to make the process easier.
To serve, prepare two tall glasses. Start by applying dulce de leche to the inside of the glass, as a decoration, but also a special touch when using a straw or spoon. Then add the drink. Finish using the whipped cream and, if you like it, sprinkle a little cinnamon over it. And ready, just enjoy your Banoffee Frappuccino!
