The survey showed that 71% of the population bases their choice of property on economy and convenience. Thus, for example, Brazilians prefer to pay a higher price for a property close to work, and save on fuel costs. Already 57% of those interviewed responded that they prefer properties that allow greater integration with nature and more airy spaces.
The pandemic also changed the preferences of Brazilians a little, since now 33% of the population think it is important to have an exclusive room for working on the property, since the home office regime became much more common after that period.

In Porto Alegre, capital of Rio Grande do Sul, the demand for properties with 2 or 3 bedrooms has increased, accounting for more than 50% of sales this year.
