The video lasted 20 seconds and an employee decided to film it, with the title of the publication showing the indignation: “Amazon, we can do better”. The situation happened when they requested the increase and it seems that this was the company's response regarding the service offered.

The publication shows several company employees lining up while other people are distributing paper plates and grilled cheese on bread. In addition to not being what they expected, many users even commented that the sandwich didn't look good, accusing Amazon of not doing the least for employee satisfaction.

Other protests
The company's workers have already staged protests to demand a better salary. In 2022, three Amazon warehouses registered demonstrations demanding quality service and were asking for a $3 per hour raise. The hourly rate would go from US$15.75 to US$17.25, as requested.
Many of them reported that they have been with the company for more than a year and receive the same amount, as they are given extra work and are not rewarded for it.
