According to the information disclosed, the Twitter representative indicates in his text that he will require the Threads platform to stop using any trade secrets from Elon Musk's social network.

The impact of the case

In the text sent to Mark Zuckerberg, it appears that the new Meta platform is being boosted in its development using information leaked by former employees. With that, the social network would be violating the secrecy clause imposed on the contracts of people who worked on Twitter.

In part of the text sent, is the following message: “Twitter reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, the right to search civil remedies and injunctive relief without prior notice to prevent any retention, disclosure or use of your intellectual property by Goal".

Alex Spiro claims that any types of leaked information be taken from the Threads application training base. However, so far Meta has not commented on the accusations.

Reach of the new Threads platform

According to the information, shortly after the launch of Threads, many users started to get interested and create their accounts. Thus, in just 20 hours since its announcement and release to the public, the social network already had more than 30 million users.

In addition, as a form of provocation between Zuckerberg and Musk, the owner of the Meta group made a post on his Twitter account that has been stopped for more than 10 years. In the post made by the creator of Threads, the image of two spider-men appears, also creating a funny tone for the situation.
