Labor legislation is a set of laws that aims to guarantee the rights and duties of a worker in the country. According to one of the laws, the dismissal of a worker who suffers from a serious illness without just cause is discriminatory.

The Ministry of Health made available a list of work-related illnesses that is used, according to the legislation, as a reference to generate temporary stability for workers.

2. Repetitive strain injury

4. Psychosocial and mental disorders

5. Cancer
