This recipe, in addition to taking simple ingredients like skimmed milk powder, eggs and demerara sugar, is a delicious dessert to enjoy without feeling guilty.

Pudding Ingredients:
- 2 cups of skimmed milk powder;
- 1/2 cup of raw sugar;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional);
- 1/2 cup of water.
Syrup Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar;
- 1/4 cup of water.
Method of preparation:
- The first step is to preheat the oven to 180°C;
- In a blender, mix the skimmed milk powder, demerara sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and water until smooth;
- Then pour the mixture into a form for pudding greased with coconut oil;
- Bake in the oven in a bain-marie for about 45 minutes or until the pudding is set;
- After removing the pudding from the oven, let it cool before unmolding so that the pudding does not break.
Syrup preparation method:
- In a pan, mix the demerara sugar and water;
- Take to medium fire, always stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens;
- Pour the syrup over the already unmolded pudding.
