Ingredients
The ingredients are divided into the two preparation processes of the churros, which is the preparation of the dough, and the frying and finalization. For the dough you will need the following materials:
- 1 egg;
- ½ cup (tea) of water;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter;
- ½ cup (tea) unleavened wheat flour;
- 1 pinch of salt.
For finishing and frying we use the following ingredients:
- Sugar;
- Cinnamon powder;
- Frying oil)
- Dulce de leche (to stuff);

Method of preparation
In a pan put the water, butter, sugar and pinch of salt and mix well. Soon after, take the pan to the fire and stir until the mixture starts to boil, then remove. Then add the wheat flour and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Finally, add the egg, mix and return the pan to medium heat, where you should let the pasta cook for approximately three minutes.
Then, turn off the oven and wait for the dough to cool so you can put it in the pastry bag with a specific tip for churros. So, make the traditional churros in the format you already know and put the oil in a pan to heat. In this way, when the oil is very hot, place the churros to fry, allowing the dough to brown completely.
