In their quest to unlock the secrets of long, healthy lives, the authors have embarked on a fascinating journey.

Their quest for knowledge took them to Okinawa, in the Japan, a region known as a “blue zone” due to the high concentration of centenarians.

During their stay in the Japanese city, they had the opportunity to talk to more than 100 elderly people in the region.
