O National Industrial Learning Service (SENAI), O Industry Social Service (SESI) and the Microsoft signed a cooperation agreement to support education and training of workers in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Brazil.
Through the partnership, enrollment was opened for four free courses on AI. The platform is open and can be accessed both by SENAI and SESI students and by anyone interested in learning about AI.

The announcement was made by Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, on a visit to Brazil, during the AI + Tour, an event that has Artificial Intelligence as its main theme.
The courses aim to develop and qualify professionals for the vacancies demanded in the market and new professions that will require different skills and competences in the coming years.
A joint working group will also be created to develop activities aimed at the elaboration of a training plan for Brazilian professionals in Artificial Intelligence and the creation of training paths learning.
Courses
The courses offered are:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Introduction to Data Science
- Fundamentals of Data Science
- Development of solutions with Azure Cognitive Services, Bot and IOT
In the coming months, the courses “Developing AI Computer Vision Applications Using Microsoft Cognitive Services”, “Developing Conversational AI Applications with Microsoft Cognitive Services” and “Chatbots and Conversation as a Platform” will be added to the website.
In addition to these, Microsoft will provide institutions with other courses on innovation and cloud.
The partnership also provides for the participation of specialized technical professionals from Microsoft and partners to train the technicians and professors from SENAI and SESI in Artificial Intelligence, so that they can be multipliers of this learning for the students.
