Ingredients
To make this delicious recipe, you will need:
- 1 whole egg and 1 yolk;
- Butter and cocoa powder for greasing;
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter;
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 150 g chopped half bitter chocolate bar;
- 1 spoon (tea) of brandy;
- ½ spoon (tea) of vanilla essence;
- 1 tablespoon (soup) of sugar.
Method of preparation
The first step is to leave two reserved ramekins greased with butter and cocoa powder. After that, take a pan, put the butter, add the chocolate until it melts and set aside.
In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar, vanilla and brandy and beat all the ingredients well. Then, little by little, add the flour, salt and melted chocolate until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add the dough in the ramekins until halfway and take it to the airfryer. For a better result, remember to let the equipment preheat before placing the molds. So, leave the ramekins for 6 minutes at 200ºC, so that the dough becomes rigid on the outside and soft on the inside.
Remove from the airfryer, then let cool for a minute before unmolding. Finally, just add the scoops of ice cream of your choice and your petit gâteau is ready.
Tip to make your dessert even better
As previously mentioned, the most indicated and served with the petit gâteau cupcake is vanilla ice cream. However, you can experiment with other flavors of ice cream that you like to make the dessert just the way you like it.
