During the early hours of the morning of Monday, 27th, a teacher she was killed and 5 others were injured in a stabbing attack. The attack took place at a school in São Paulo and a 13-year-old teenager, an 8th grade student, was apprehended as a suspect in the crime.
The registration was made at the Thomazia Montoro State School, in the west zone of São Paulo, located in the Vila Sônia neighborhood. The teenager was sent to the 34th DP, with the case registered at 7:20 am. Police reported that information was found on the boy's cell phone with alleged attacks on schools throughout Brazil.

Faced with the police discovery, the crime was seen as something premeditated by the boy. Last week, classmates at school said the teenager had participated in a fight. The teacher killed in today's attack is Elisabeth Tenreiro, 71, who was rescued in a serious condition and did not resist her injuries. There are reports to the police that it was Elisabeth who broke up the boy's fight last week.
In addition to the teacher who was stabbed to death, two other students and three teachers were injured and were taken to the hospital. The five injured are not at risk of death. In homage and honor to Professor Elisabeth, who was stabbed to death, the state of São Paulo declared a three-day mourning period.
In today's attack, the teenager was mobilized by another teacher who applied the rear-naked choke until the police arrived at the scene. In a statement, Guilherme Derrite, secretary of Public Security for São Paulo, says that physical education teacher Cintia was the reason why the attack did not leave more people injured.
Through Twitter, the governor of the state of São Paulo, Tarcísio Freitas, expressed his condolences for the event at the school in the Vila Sônia neighborhood.
