This recipe is from our grandmothers' time, so it was definitely part of your childhood at some point.
Ingredients
- 1 box of gelatin powder pineapple flavor;
- 1 small packet of unflavored gelatin powder;
- 1 little box of powdered gelatin powder;
- 1 little box of gelatin powder lemon flavor;
- 1 box of strawberry-flavored gelatin powder;
- ½ cup of water tea;
- 1 can of cream milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk.
Method of preparation
- Prepare the flavored jellies separately, as indicated on the package;
- Place each one in a small refractory, separately. Then refrigerate for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until firm, then cut into cubes.
- Later, take a pan, put the water and then add the tasteless gelatin. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes, then take it to the low fire to dissolve, but without letting it boil;
- Mix with condensed milk and sour cream. When finished, book;

- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 250 ml of ice water;
- 250 ml of boiling water.
Method of preparation
- Take a vase, put the boiling water and put the jello to dissolve.
- Add the ice water and mix.
- Then transfer to a blender and add the condensed milk next to the cream and beat for about 4 minutes. After that, put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and beat everything in the mixer for up to 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a container and return to the freezer for another 4 hours. Serve whenever you want.

- 68 g of egg whites;
- 100 g of icing sugar;
- ½ cup refined sugar;
- 1 packet of gelatin in the flavor of your choice.
Method of preparation
- Take a pan and mix the refined sugar with the egg whites, place it over low heat and cook until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
- Take the mixture to the mixer and beat for about 4 minutes at maximum speed, until you get the meringue point.
- Add the icing sugar and powdered gelatine, then beat once more, this time for 5 minutes.
- Place this mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe small meringue drops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finally, bake in a low oven for 30 minutes.
