This recipe has an average preparation time of 50 minutes and yields for two people. Also, to be able to prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 g of salmon fillet;
- Pitted sliced olives;
- Oregano;
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu);
- Salt to taste;
- Olive oil to taste;
- Lemon;
- 1/2 sliced onion;
- Aluminum foil to cover.
Method of preparation
First, wash the salmon with lemon juice. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and add the already sliced onion, leaving it in the fire until it becomes transparent and sets aside. Then, cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil until there is enough left over to line the whole fish. On the aluminum paper in the baking dish, leave the fish already seasoned with salt and water with olive oil and soy sauce.
Then decorate with slices of olives, a little oregano and place the onion on top. Finally, wrap with aluminum foil, so that the liquid does not spill when it starts to heat up, and place in the medium oven to bake for about 30 minutes. Now just serve with the accompaniment you prefer.
