The teacher released her unusual idea to collect complaints through a video on TikTok. In the record, she explains how the adopted method helps students to debate with each other on certain subjects.
She even made a point of publicizing some of the children's complaints.
The method is really a way to resolve conflicts
Baker decided to use the bathtub as a "conflict solver". To put the note, the child has to put his name, the date, the name of the student who is the target of the conflict and say what happened between them.

Some comments from the gossip tub
The video already has 6.6 million views on the app and has become a real success due to the messages inserted in the bathtub. Among the notes shown was one in which the student in question reported that one of his classmates was showing off his markers the entire time. Another denounced a colleague who kept wanting to boss him around. One of the kids said, "We were in the bathroom, and she gave me the middle finger."
The elementary school teacher was keen to point out that students can only write to the bathtub after finishing all activities. To the children seem to have liked the initiative. TikTok users too.
