Anglo-Saxon America corresponds to the English-speaking countries of the Americas, in which case they are the only nations on the continent that are developed. The countries with such characteristics are located in North America, they are the United States and Canada.
This region of the American continent is home to important types of vegetation cover such as: tundra, forest temperate, steppe and grassland, desert vegetation, savanna, high mountain vegetation and areas devoid of vegetation.
Tundra: it occurs in areas where a cold climate prevails with long, rigorous winters. Due to these conditions, the vegetation they present is basically low-lying plants such as mosses and lichens.
Temperate Forest: it develops in regions where the predominant climate characteristic is temperate, with hot summers and severe winters. Temperate forests are usually composed of deciduous trees with red, orange, and yellow leaves, a common appearance in deciduous temperate forests.
Steppe and grasslands: presents in semiarid climate regions with high temperatures and long periods of drought. Predominance of undergrowth such as herbaceous.

Desert vegetation: it develops in an area with a very dry desert climate and very little rainfall. Vegetation adapted to water scarcity, such as xerophilic species.
Savannah: it occurs in places with a subtropical climate with an incidence of rain well distributed throughout the year, with temperatures that do not exceed 10ºC at certain periods.
High mountain vegetation: it has a cold climate, in mountains up to 1,000 meters there are deciduous forests, up to 1,800 meters are predominantly coniferous and above 2,000 there are meadows.
Absence of vegetation: places with very cold temperatures and a large amount of ice, conditions that prevent the proliferation of vegetation.
