Writing tips to rock Enem

The writing is among the main requirements of the Enem (National High School Exam). Enem, which grants access to the main Brazilian universities, is also already accepted in Portugal.

The initial condition for good writing is reading. Anyone who reads finds it easier to develop reasoning, in addition to learning to write correctly, respecting spelling and other grammatical rules.

Mastering the rules is a determining condition for the good development of the essay test. Therefore, a good tip is to comply with the New Orthographic Agreement of the Portuguese Language.

10 Tips for Rating on Enem

  1. Start with the writing test. The essay counts a lot in the score, so don't wait to be tired of the rest of the test to start developing it.
  2. Interpret the proposed theme. Make sure you understand what is being asked!
  3. Enclose the theme. This way you ensure that you address the essentials and prevent the essay from exceeding the test line limit.

  5. Use formal language. Formal language includes spelling and other grammatical rules.
  6. Be consistent in arguments. Don't contradict yourself!
